As a
Junior Payment Services and Current Account Reconciliation Manager, you will be part of Eni's
Chief Financial Officer
function and, within the Finance structure, you will be part of the
Financial Services
team supporting Eni's business lines and companies.
Main activities:
Manage the entire process (preliminary investigation, approval, stipulation and post-signature) of loan and mortgage applications with related relationships with notary offices
Support the management of the existing loan and mortgage portfolio, with particular reference to:
Monitoring of deadlines, repayment plans, updating of internal databases and digital/manual archiving of related practices
Update and verification of the stamp duty journal and temporary accounts of the loan system
drafting of suitable reports
Manage financial services processes for collection, payment, and account reconciliation
Support the development and monitoring of processes, with particular reference to the analysis of possible optimizations
Required characteristics:
Master's degree in economics or law
Up to three years of experience in the field
Basic knowledge of mortgage and loan regulations
Good knowledge of the English language.
The profile is completed by:
Basic knowledge of SAP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA).

Our reference national collective labor agreement is the Energy and Oil CCNL
We offer a starting gross annual salary starting from €43,000.
In the case of a professional apprenticeship contract, the percentage of remuneration provided for by the CCNL will be applied
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
