/li liFacilitate knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.br/ /li /ul h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liWork closely with Product Teams to support delivery, ensuring that technical decisions align with chapter direction. /li liServe as escalation point for solving domain‑specific technical issues encountered by project teams. /li liPartner with Technical Product Teams and ICT extended teams (e.g. Architecture, Security) to ensure cohesive solutions. /li liContribute to the evolution of tools, frameworks, coding guidelines, and development workflows within the sub‑chapter. /li liFacilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions, or technical communities of practice.br/ /li /ul h3Your Qualifications: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar related fields. /li li6+ years of professional experience in IT roles, managing complex projects in multinational context. /li li3+ years of experience leading and managing teams /li liStrong expertise in front‑end technologies and frameworks, such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery, with a solid understanding of modern UI architectures and design systems. /li liSolid knowledge of front‑end stacks and best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability. /li liExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly Sites and Assets, and familiarity with AEM Cloud architecture and technologies is considered a plus. /li liGood understanding of Enterprise applications processes. /li liPrior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with IT projects enhancements.
