We are looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Mediterranean Europe team, based in Milan, and support the day-to-day management of our workplace and facility operations across the region. Legga la descrizione completa del lavoro qui sotto.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day and extraordinary activities related to facilities and workplace environments across the regionMonitor buildings, systems and infrastructure, ensuring functionality, safety and business continuityCoordinate external suppliers and service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, catering and other facility-related servicesSupport office space allocation and equipment inventory managementEnsure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, working closely with HSE, Real Estate, HR, Legal and other relevant teamsManage purchase orders, invoices and supplier costs, and support supplier performance and contract managementAct as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on facility-related mattersIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality and employee experience, promoting best practices and continuous improvementSupport sustainability initiatives related to facilities,
