Overview

In this role you will manage the complete tender process for public sector customers, ensuring compliance and coordinating internal stakeholders. You will oversee the loans and consignments asset portfolio to optimize availability and efficiency, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Digital Support and Finance to drive business growth. You will work in a cross-functional environment to maximize opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a mission-driven role with a strong focus on compliance, asset optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilità

- Tender management: identify opportunities, prepare and track submissions, ensure compliance with legal and company requirements, and maintain tender databases and contracts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to gather information and support tender processes.
- Asset management: manage lifecycle of loans and consignments, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate asset records in ERP systems.
- Operational reporting: prepare utilization and performance reports and support audits and compliance reviews.
- Customer and stakeholder coordination:



act as internal liaison for customer requests and maintain relationships with hospitals, procurement, and logistics partners.
- Support contract implementation, renewals, and pricing-related activities to optimize asset utilization.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in tender management, asset management, logistics, or healthcare/medical device operations.
- Experience with public procurement processes preferred.
- Strong project and deadline management, organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel emphasized).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English language proficiency (B1) highly desirable.
