Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /ppAs part of the bFever Originals team /b, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. /ph3About The Role /h3pWe are looking for anb experienced, passionate and critical-thinking Production Team Lead to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of live experiences in the Italian market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects. /b This person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the board. The ideal candidate will show a talent forb leadership and teamwork, flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a close attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budgets in challenging conditions /b. This role requires a proven track record in live event production and/or immersive experiences, with experience in the production and delivery of permanent attractions as a strong plus. /ph3You will: /h3ulliManage the Italy Production team on regional FO productions, creating a supportive team environment, and focusing on the development of team members, /liliAssess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed /liliSupport the team to manage priorities, oversee progress towards deliverables and find solutions to complex situations, /liliProvide production expertise to support in the feasibility and planning stages of the pipeline development, /liliManagement of kit movement, trucking plans, and cross-loading between sites, /liliVenue preparation: overseeing venue procurement, permits, insurance and technical validation for various site types (e.g. parks, stadiums or open fields), /liliResponsibility for build costing,



monitoring budgets and identifying potential cost overruns proactively, /liliSupport Production Directors and Show Support Directors on the development of production tools and processes to streamline practices and optimize efficiency, /liliMaintain an up-to-date directory of freelancers and service providers and an active personal network of contacts within the industry, /liliCommunicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables, /liliManage multiple productions and help scale some of Fever’s biggest Original IPs against team targets, working with and adapting the Global IP standards to suit the particular needs of your region, /liliSupport the wider originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date and ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance Fever’s experiences, /liliResearch new vendors, technologies, experiences, /liliHandle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts, /liliDomestic and international travel and work across time zones will be required. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3pYou have a successful track record of production management of live or experiential events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have experience, but also an ability to think from a business perspective. /ppCandidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment and bring innovative ideas about how to create compelling experiences. /ppCandidates must be proficient in permitting, licensing and safety standards for spaces. /ph3Requirements: /h3ulli7+ years of experience in the live event production industry /lili1-2 years of people management experience /liliFluent English Italian language skills.
