Join Netmore as a Site Acquisition Manager – Help Build the Future of IoT!Invii la sua candidatura dopo aver letto i requisiti di competenza e qualifica per questa posizione, riportati di seguito.Netmore is expanding its LoRaWAN network and is looking for a dynamic, relationship-oriented Site Acquisition Manager in Varese, Italy, to help us identify and acquire commercial properties, rooftops, and other strategic locations for gateway installation.If you enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to build relationships and close deals, this role puts you at the heart of our network's growth.What you'll doField acquisitionYou'll visit commercial buildings, residential complexes, rooftops, and other strategic properties to secure space-usage agreements needed for network expansion.Outreach and relationship buildingYou'll contact property owners, property managers, landlords, and businesses to identify new opportunities and secure suitable sites.Negotiation and deal closingYou'll present the benefits of partnering with Netmore, negotiate contract terms, and secure long-term site access for LoRaWAN network deployment.Site survey coordinationYou'll work with technical teams to verify site suitability and ensure proper network integration.Tracking and reportingYou'll keep accurate records of activities, manage your opportunity pipeline, and hit acquisition targets on schedule.Who we're looking forExperiencePreferably experience in sales,
