We are supporting a leading international consultancy delivering a
major data centre project in Milan
and are looking to appoint an experienced
Contracts Manager
to support the commercial and contractual management of the project.This role will work closely with the project delivery team, contractors and client stakeholders, ensuring effective management of contracts across the construction lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction contracts across the project lifecycleSupport with
claims, variations, change orders and extensions of timeProvide contractual and commercial advice to project teamsAssist with
risk management and dispute resolutionSupport negotiation and management of subcontractor agreementsEnsure contractual compliance across project delivery
Requirements10+ years’ experience




in contracts or commercial management within construction or infrastructure projectsStrong experience managing
construction contracts and post-contract administrationExperience with
FIDIC or similar international contract frameworksExperience on
large-scale construction projects
(data centre experience highly desirable)Italian construction market experience desirableStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsAdditional InformationLocation:
Milan (4–5 days onsite)Minimum Contract length:
