Job Title: Country Manager - Italy

Location: Italy (Northern Italy a plus, but must be willing to travel occasionally to Milan, as well as on a National basis)

Package: €115,000K + 20% Premio + Company Car

Responsibilities:

- Build out from scratch an Italian subsidiary within a larger, multi-national animal health company.
- Responsible for everything from designing the office to creating a culture aligned with the wider company.
- Manage the full P&L;, with a team of 5 direct reports and a goal of growth.
- Hands-on role with a true 'start-up feel' requiring wearing multiple hats.
- An understanding of the Animal Health market or related fields (e.G. pharmaceuticals / pet food etc). xrtlpzc

Qualifications:

- Must have experience setting up a business/subsidiary within Italy - this is a necessity for the role.
