As a Junior Sales Account Manager (f/m/d) – Industrial Automation / Industrial Communication, you will support our customers in the Italian market, advise them on our technical solutions, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.

We are looking for a sales professional with 2–5 years of recent, hands‑on sales experience in industrial automation or industrial communication , ideally gained working with device manufacturers, OEMs, or machine builders. This is an individual contributor role , ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in technical sales.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and develop existing customers in the Italian market, with a focus on Northern and Central Italy.

- Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities.

- Take ownership of the assigned sales territory, including sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and account planning.

- Proactively plan and conduct regular customer visits to develop existing accounts, understand customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.

- Advise customers on our technical products and applications.





- Coordinate quotations, develop commercial proposals, and conduct contract negotiations.

- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.

- Use CRM tools to manage customer accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.

- Monitor market and competitor developments.

Your Profile

- 2–5 years of recent, hands‑on sales experience in industrial automation or industrial communication

- Experience working with device manufacturers, OEMs, or machine builders is strongly preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field preferred; or equivalent technical education combined with directly relevant industry experience

- You are looking for an individual contributor role and want to build your expertise and career in technical sales

- Experience in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and conducting customer visits.

- Good understanding of customer applications, the industrial automation market, and customer decision‑making processes, with the ability to translate technical requirements into suitable commercial solutions.

- Technical affinity, strong communication skills, and experience using CRM tools.

- Structured, proactive, and results‑oriented approach to territory and opportunity management. xjncmbx

- Professional proficiency in Italian and fluent English.

- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory in Italy
