The Experience
The Account Executive, Life Sciences role is part of our Sales team, focused on driving growth across strategic accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Diagnostics sectors in Italy. We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who acts as a trusted advisor and General Manager of their territory — building long-term account strategies, engaging C-level executives, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for customers.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Build and manage strategic account plans for a defined set of named Life Sciences accounts across Italy

- Lead complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature

- Partner with product specialists and solutions architects to design and position the right Salesforce solutions for each customer's digital transformation priorities





- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth

You're Our Person If...

- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets

- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage C-level executives with a consultative approach

- Experience selling into Life Sciences accounts (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics)

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Established business and IT networks across the Italian Life Sciences ecosystem
