What We Offer (Relocation & Benefits)
- Relocation Support: Full guidance and assistance provided for your move to Greece.
- 100% Work from Home: Complete flexibility to work remotely anywhere within Greece.
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month.
- Productivity Premio: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
- Work-Life Balance: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 21:00 rotative shifts) — Weekends Off!
- Paid Onboarding: Full professional training on customer care tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
- Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
- Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
- Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
- Readiness to relocate to Greece.
- Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
- Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
