Responsabilità

- Support Corporate M&A; transactions under supervision of senior lawyers
- Assist in drafting and negotiating deal documents and closing mechanics




- Contribute to due diligence and regulatory analyses
- Participate in training programs and professional development
- Collaborate with international teams across Dentons’ network
- Engage in pro bono or client-facing activities when appropriate

Requisiti fondamentali

- Italian Law Degree with ≥105/110
- Current license to practice law in Italy
- 1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A; at a comparable law firm
- High level of English (Certificate C1)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Global mindset and ability to adapt to an international environment
