Overview

In this entry- to mid-level role you will support customer-facing AI initiatives and grow your expertise in Genesys Cloud AI. You’ll work with senior AI Architects and cross-functional teams to demonstrate, prototype, and validate AI use cases. The role blends technical delivery with customer engagement, helping shape practical AI solutions in enterprise settings. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path toward senior technical roles within Genesys.

Responsabilità

- Support discovery sessions to understand business challenges and AI use cases
- Build demos, proofs-of-concepts, and prototype solutions using Genesys AI capabilities
- Configure and test AI-powered experiences (virtual agents, agent assistance, knowledge search, conversational AI workflows)
- Learn enterprise AI design/deployment, including API and data source integrations
- Maintain reusable demo environments, assets, and solution documentation
- Participate in customer workshops and product demonstrations with senior team members




- Assist sandbox/trial engagements to validate use cases and document outcomes
- Collaborate with sales to prepare technical responses and customer presentations
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product Management and Engineering
- Develop knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt design, conversational AI best practices)
- Contribute to internal enablement materials and training

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 0–2 years in a technical, customer-facing, software, cloud, or AI-related role
- Experience with AI, software development, or cloud technologies from internships, projects, bootcamps, or personal work
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, NLP, or generative AI concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and modern software apps
- Foundational programming skills (Python preferred)
- Interest in learning cloud platforms and enterprise software
- Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and system integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn from experienced teammates
