Overview

As an Account Executive for Local Government & Public Health in Italy, you will own the full sales cycle, advising senior stakeholders and expanding the public sector footprint. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and close deals, driving digital transformation across regions, municipalities, and health entities. This is a mission-driven role shaping public services through enterprise software and strategic partnerships. You’ll work in a fast-paced, value-driven environment that rewards impact and leadership.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- base salary EUR 71,000 to EUR 95,000
- incentive component tailored by grade level

Responsabilità

- Drive pipeline generation and manage opportunities across the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Grow existing accounts and net-new customers within the Public Sector across regions and municipalities




- Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value
- Lead an extended virtual team (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services) to deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
- Track record of selling enterprise software or advisory/implementation services to B2G C-level executives
- Experience in account planning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close deals
- Fluency in Italian and English
