Polti S.p.A., a leading company in the design and manufacturing of steam appliances, is seeking an Amazon EU Account Assistant to join its E-Commerce Department at its headquarters in Bulgarograsso (Como, Italy).

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Amazon EU Account Manager, the successful candidate will support the management and optimization of the company's Amazon account across the Group, working to enhance brand visibility, sales performance, and overall marketplace effectiveness across key European Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and Amazon best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the management and optimization of Amazon product detail pages, ensuring the accurate publication of images, descriptions, content, and keywords to improve brand visibility.
- Support new product launches by ensuring the correct creation and activation of ASINs and monitoring their performance during the initial commercialization phase.
- Monitor business performance by analyzing key KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, traffic, rankings, customer feedback, and promotional performance; prepare periodic reports and analyses to support the team while identifying and proposing growth and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of pricing activities and promotional initiatives defined by the company, monitoring effectiveness and supporting the identification of optimization opportunities.
- Support the EU Performance Marketing Manager in managing and monitoring advertising campaigns, contributing to the execution of activities aligned with the company's strategy.
- Liaise with the Amazon AVS team to monitor commercial performance and key business indicators within the Amazon channel.




- Manage operational and commercial issues related to Amazon EU accounts through the creation, monitoring, and escalation of cases in Vendor Central, coordinating with internal teams and Amazon stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment across functions and support the growth of the e-commerce business.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or international e-commerce marketplace accounts.

Technical & Professional Skills:

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce SEO, and Amazon advertising management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Previous experience with Amazon management and automation software, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics tools, will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English is essential; any additional European language will be considered a plus.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We offer a permanent employment contract under CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti, with a gross annual salary ranging from €28,000 to €30,000.
