Overview

As Key Account Manager, you drive growth by strengthening large strategic relationships and expanding revenue across premium and mainstream glass packaging brands. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored value propositions and sustainable commercial agreements. Responsabilità

- Lead strategic key account relationships and long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue, volume, and margin growth across major accounts
- Develop and execute customer-focused account strategies
- Conduct strategic negotiations and secure long-term commercial agreements
- Identify opportunities in innovation, sustainability, and value-add
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with CRM discipline




- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial/Economic, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing commercial roles
- Proven success managing B2B customers in corporate/manufacturing environments
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience leading complex negotiations and owning customer P&L; elements
- Strong operational understanding (supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment)
- Ability to analyze customer performance data and translate insights into actions
- Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and enterprise sales tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
