What will your mission be?

We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our team and support the Front Office department in delivering outstanding guest service. In this role, you will assist with guest reception and support activities, helping to ensure an excellent stay experience in line with Minor Hotels’ hospitality standards.

What will you be responsible for?

- Support the Front Office team in welcoming and assisting guests throughout all stages of their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling guest requests and inquiries.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the hotel’s services, contributing to their promotion and enhancement for guests.
- Collaborate in managing administrative tasks related to guest stays and ensuring accurate data entry in the relevant systems.
- Support back-office activities and shift handovers, helping to ensure service continuity and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the hotel’s operational departments to contribute to a seamless and personalized guest experience.

What are we looking for?

- High school diploma or university degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
- A strong guest-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.




- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
