As a Manager in Strategy& Aerospace and Defence, you lead complex, cross-functional projects and teams to shape corporate strategy and delivery transformations. You’ll work with senior clients in Europe and Italy to define growth, market, and program strategies, while driving multi-disciplinary execution and value realization. You’ll mentor colleagues, build key client relationships, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy&’s capabilities, with a clear focus on impact and pragmatic implementation.

- Drive follow-up opportunities and long-term client value with international projects
- Participate in multinational defence programs and adapt to diverse client environments
- Proven track record of career progression in strategy consulting (5-7 years) in Aerospace and Defence or similar corporate environments
- Bachelor (and typically a Masters/MBA) from a world-class institution
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Experience leading teams, managing delivery, and handling complex M&A;, business planning, and go-to-market work
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally and work with senior stakeholders
- Ability to secure follow-on projects and build long-term client relationships
