Each Officer independently handles the full Purchase Order process, in line with the ESA Statement of Work and Tender Conditions. Octagon has partnered with ESA and other institutions for more than 35 years. /ppbr/ppstrongRole Responsibilities: /strong /pulliAnalyse Purchase Requests and select the appropriate procurement route. /liliPrepare Requests for Quotation and communicate with suppliers. /liliEvaluate quotations and prepare Purchase Orders. /liliSupport commercial negotiations and maintain procurement documentation. /liliProvide procurement advice to ESA customers. /liliContribute to the harmonisation of procurement practices across ESA establishments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEssential Skills Experieence: /strong /pulliDegree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent. /liliMinimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience. /liliAbility to independently manage the complete Purchase Order process. /liliExperience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
