Project phase: Detail Design EPC. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Purpose /strong /ppProvide PMC leadership and technical oversight for Communication and Networking Systems within the Instrumentation Automation scope during EPC execution, commissioning, and start-up phases. Ensure all systems are designed, integrated, installed, and commissioned in compliance with project requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and international standards. /ppbr / /p pstrongKey Responsibilities and Duties /strong /pulliLead the Communications and Networking scope /liliReview EPC engineering deliverables, network architectures, specifications, and vendor documentation. /liliEnsure compliance with project standards and applicable international codes. /liliOversee industrial communication systems including Fiber Optics, LAN/WAN, Industrial Ethernet, Wireless Networks, IP Telephony, PAGA, CCTV, and Radio Systems. /liliVerify integration of communication networks with DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems. /liliParticipate in technical reviews, FATs, SATs, commissioning, and start-up activities.



/liliLiaise with Client, EPC Contractor, Vendors, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues. /liliMonitor progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery. /li /ulpbr / /p pstrongEducational Technical Requirements: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline. /lili10-15 years of experience in Oil Gas or Petrochemical projects. /liliExperience in PMC, Owner's Engineer, or EPC project execution roles. /liliStrong knowledge of Industrial Communication Networks, Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, PAGA, CCTV, Radio, and IP Telephony systems. /liliExperience with automation system integration (DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA). /liliGood knowledge of Industrial Cybersecurity and networking standards. /liliStrong familiarity with international standards such as ISA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, and NFPA. /liliExperience during construction, commissioning, and start-up phases. /liliExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in English, written and verbal. /li /ulpbr / /p
