Overview

As a Bids & Tender Specialist, you will support the preparation and submission of public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to drive opportunities and contribute to operational excellence. You will handle tender documentation, support pricing decisions, and ensure clear communication across teams. Responsabilità

- Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and customer submissions
- Analyze tender specifications to support compliant and competitive submissions
- Collaborate with Sales to evaluate products, pricing, and commercial terms
- Liaise with customers for clarifications on tender or offer details
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission
- Communicate awarded tenders, pricing updates,



and contractual information to stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers
- Support internal teams with tender process and contractual questions
- Maintain organized records and archives in line with policy
- Identify opportunities to improve tender management processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- High School Diploma or University Degree
- At least 2 years of tender management or related experience
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
