Establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer’s accounts and assessing customer’s needs translating into results oriented solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely deliveryCollaborate with sales teams and products teams to develop local services and productsHandle Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)Promote additional services to contribute to overall profitInteract with various agents to set up quotes, routes and rates for international and domestic freight shipmentsReview the process and take immediate action to correct or solve issues that may occurProvide feedback on enhancing current procedures that will increase efficiency reduce errors and better serve our customersBuild and maintain relationships with AIT’s customers and vendors on a first name basisOther duties assigned as business deems necessaryManage key accounts,
