You will be responsible for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, and oversight of accounting outcomes produced by other teams. We are looking for accounting knowledge, the ability to coordinate across multiple remote internal partners, and responsibility for period‑end close processes to deliver accurate financial information.brYou will report to the strongGAC Manager /strong and be located in strongMonfalcone, Italy /strong. strongThis is a hybrid role based in Monfalcone, Italy, with a requirement to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week.br/strongstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliEnsure compliance with US GAAP, Local GAAP, and company accounting policies in all journal booking activities /liliPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual GL journal entries and support month‑end close processes to ensure all required entries are posted accurately /liliPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams /liliOversee financial accounting outcomes of business processes performed by other teams, including Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, consumable inventories, HR payables, and intercompany invoicing /liliEnsure timely and accurate completion of statutory and statistical reporting,



including Intrastat, Istat, Banca d'Italia, and related requirements /liliSupport Global Treasury activities, including bank reconciliations and weekly and month‑end cash forecasting /liliSupport Global Tax by providing requested financial information /liliSupport the statutory financial statements preparation process and support internal and external audits /liliConduct ad hoc financial analyses /liliCoordinate with shared services, global finance teams, and remote partners to resolve accounting issues and ensure smooth financial closebr/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongulliUniversity Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar /lili+5 years of experience in accounting or financial roles /liliExperience within multinational companies, business consulting or audit services, familiarity with standardized financial processes and shared business teams /liliUSA and ITALIAN GAAP knowledge /liliFluent in Italian and proficient in English /liliDaily use of Excel and ERP Systemsbr/li /ulWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
