As Business

Unit TA Manager, you will lead this evolution within your Business Unit, shaping and implementing a forward-looking strategy, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and leading your team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that talent becomes a true driver of growth, with stronger alignment to business needs, consistent execution, and a lasting step-change in how we hire.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Team Leadership (~30% of time allocation)

- Lead and develop a team of TA Partners and Senior TA Partners, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and performance
- Ensure clear roles, efficient processes, and accountability across the team
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, development planning, and capability assessments

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery (~50% of time allocation)

- Personally manage senior-level hiring for high-impact positions in BU
- Lead or support strategic recruitment initiatives requiring senior business stakeholder engagement
- Ensure proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and assessment processes are applied consistently

Organizational TA Capability Building & Process Excellence (~20% of time allocation)

- Partner with P&C; and business leadership to strengthen hiring manager capability in interviewing, assessments, talent scouting and ambassadorship
- Ensure all TA processes align with compliance standards and are fully documented in ATS (Avature)
- Conduct hiring audits, provide insights on hiring performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING





- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
- Proven track record of hiring for leadership or high-impact roles in FMCG or multinational environments
- Advanced interviewing and candidate evaluation expertise
- Proficiency with modern ATS & CRM solutions and sourcing tools
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive continuous improvement
- University degree in a relevant field

The annual gross base salary for this position starts from € 85.000, in addition to our benefits
