We are hiring an highly experienced IRM specialist , rather than a general ServiceNow consultant or developer. The key requirement is previous hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions end-to-end , with the ability to act as the solution authority for the project . The profile should ideally have:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations , particularly Risk Management and Policy & Compliance.
- Ability to translate business/GRC requirements into the appropriate ServiceNow IRM architecture, data model, workflows and configuration .
- Strong understanding of IRM best practices and a standard / out-of-the-box first approach .
- Experience leading solution design workshops and advising clients on how requirements should be implemented in ServiceNow.
- Experience with IRM dependencies/integration with CMDB and APM would be valuable.
- Excellent English communication skills , as the person will have significant client-facing responsibility and will need to lead discussions with IAEA stakeholders.
- ServiceNow IRM certifications and knowledge of ISO 27001, 27701 and 42001 would be a plus.
Priority in the selection process will be given to candidates who have proven IRM implementation expertise and strong English .
