Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents across geographies in Italian and English

Advise on general business law issues spanning contracts, corporate, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigation, and sustainability

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams in meetings

Fulfill corporate obligations with notaries and authorities and obtain certificates

Draft letters related to contractual obligations, pre-litigation, and claims

Manage external lawyers and ensure they have necessary information for accurate advice





Develop group-wide procedures, matrices, and policies

Create templates and standards aligned with Group policies

Support business teams on issues such as IP, competition, and IT laws

Provide high-quality legal advice across practice areas and act as a trusted business partner

Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management

Anticipate and manage legal risks connected to business strategy and operations

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and deliver high-quality work under deadlines

Law degree with excellent marks; PhD in Law preferable

Member in good standing of a European Bar

8-10 years' experience in corporate and contract xlwpduy law

Strong experience in corporate and commercial matters

Experience managing external legal counsels

Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English

Pragmatic problem-solving approach

Relational and communication skills with ability to work under pressure

Proven track record of operating effectively in an unstructured, remote-from-support environment

Process-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects proactive relationship-building ability to work under pressure corporate and contract law commercial matters external counsel management
