To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Satellite Assembly & Integration Operator (L.68/99) who will be part of our Operations Unit, contributing to the development of our satellites by performing assembly, integration and testing activities in close collaboration with the engineering team.

DUTIES

As a Satellite Assembly & Integration Operator (L.68/99), you will be responsible for performing hands-on assembly, integration and testing activities on satellite systems, ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with technical specifications and quality and safety requirements.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):

- Executing assembly, integration and testing procedures in accordance with the specifications provided by the design team;
- Collaborating with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during satellite assembly;
- Supporting the engineering team in the assembly, integration and testing activities of prototype satellites;
- Contributing to the organization and maintenance of the laboratory equipment used for assembly, integration and testing;




- Following safety and material management procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment;
- Reporting daily and hourly activities on MES/ERP;
- Ensuring production processes meet internal quality and safety standards;
- Contributing to identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality and workflow.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- High School technical diploma or equivalent qualification;
- At least 1-2 years of experience developed in the manufacturing sector or manufacturing industries, preferably in activities related to assembly, integration and testing;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical specifications;
- Precision and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly and testing activities;
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to address any technical challenges that may arise during assembly, integration and testing;
- Ability to accurately document and report performed activities, ensuring proper traceability;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;
- Continuous learning attitude and commitment to excellence.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

- Familiarity with MES/ERP systems or similar tools for activity reporting and tracking;
- Knowledge of cleanroom working practices and contamination control principles.
