Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Taiwan, GUSTO has been expanding gradually in Asia and Europe, establishing subsidiaries in various countries including Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Slovenia, and Italy. GUSTO aims to further develop in the international market and introduce its brand to the world.

Role Description

We are looking for Account Managers (Country Managers) in the following countries and regions:

- Italy

You will be in the Operation and Sales Division in your responsible country.

Your responsibilities are

Sales Operation

- Follow up with dealers: New order/Shipment/Client Service/Monitor Account Receivable
- Visit dealers and handle their enquiries independently
- Respond to dealers' inquiries . (Especially order enquiry)
- Customer Service case acceptance

Marketing:
- Brand Social Media Management:



Update company's website, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels for new product launching

Others:
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years working experience in sales/marketing in bicycle industry
- University Degree or above
- Attention to details, strong communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead and develop a customer account aligned with GUSTO’s strategy
- Clear and in-time communication and reporting
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
- Video editing and photoshop skills is a plus
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch or Spanish (the spoken language in each country / region)
- Driving license
- MS-Office skill
