Key Responsibilities Lead channel development across Italy: identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers/distributors

Build and maintain long-term dealer relationships aligned with SANY's sales strategy and brand standards

Formulate and execute market development strategies, sales plans, and territory targets

Drive dealer performance via business reviews, target setting, and incentive programs

Feed local market intelligence into product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy





Equip dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials

Represent SANY at trade shows/exhibitions

Liaise with HQ sales, marketing, and product teams on market feedback and new launches

Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline, and channel performance reports

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International xkiyazw Business, xjncmbx or related field

Proven channel/dealer development experience in construction machinery, material handling, or heavy equipment

Track record building dealer networks and managing channel sales

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills

Fluent English and Italian

Willing to travel extensively across Italy
