For our client, an international manufacturer in the power electronics sector, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- - Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications

- Acquire new customers and expand existing key accounts

- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion

- Develop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets

- Cooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

- - Degree in electrical engineering,



industrial engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent technical training

- Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors or a related technical environment

- Proven track record in new business development and key account management

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Independent, structured and results‑oriented working style

- Willingness xkiyazw to travel within the assigned region

- Fluent Italian and English; German or French would be an advantage
