Key Responsibilities Tender Management Monitor public tender opportunities and timelines. Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documentation. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of submissions through cross-functional collaboration.

Support commercial teams throughout all tender phases. Pre-Tender Activities Support engagement with contracting authorities and procurement stakeholders. Contribute to value-based purchasing initiatives, benchmarking activities, and health economics projects.

Analyze customer needs, market trends, and procurement models within the public healthcare sector. Provide insights into market dynamics, competitor activity, and procurement trends. Pricing & Contract Support Support contract renegotiations, price revision requests, and contractual amendments.

Analyze market, economic, and contractual data to support commercial decision-making. Monitor contract execution, vendor ratings, and performance objectives to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and contractual obligations. Business & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales Managers and Account Managers to execute commercial strategies.

Provide regular updates on tender activities, procurement developments,



and business opportunities. Maintain knowledge of public procurement legislation, healthcare purchasing models, and Public Administration procurement processes.

About You

University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Understanding of the Italian healthcare market, procurement environment, and demand drivers.

Experience managing public tenders, complex negotiations, or procurement-related activities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams and public healthcare stakeholders.

Understanding of public procurement processes and customer needs, with experience navigating complex public healthcare environments and relevant tender regulations.
