As Reception
Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience. Working alongside the management team, you will lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries.

About you: Has previous experience managing a customer service led team An overall passion for customer service A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
