In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, refining, and monitoring quality management systems across marketing, sales, and delivery operations.

You will analyze process efficiency, mitigate operational risks, and support strategic goal execution through data-driven insight.

Salary: €27,000 - €35,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience)

or data analysis, with a strong ability to translate complex project metrics into actionable insights and risk mitigation plans.
- Operational Leadership & Agility: Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience with CRM platforms, project tracking software, or quality management tools is a strong plus.
