Role Description The Quality Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cascina, responsible for ensuring that robotic systems and related processes meet internal and external quality standards. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining quality procedures, performing inspections and tests, analyzing nonconformities, and driving corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality

Engineer will also support product documentation development,



in adherence with the quality requisites and regulatory aspects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify root causes, and support continuous improvement.
- Background in quality auditing, with the ability to assess processes, perform internal audits, and verify compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of product documentation practices relevant to industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings in a clear, structured manner.
- Preferred experience in robotics, industrial automation, or manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cascina and contribute proactively to a safety-focused, inclusive workplace.
