About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to help define and drive the evolution of Plumma Connect and related product initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into a clear product vision and roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, customers, and technology partners to identify opportunities, define requirements, validate solutions, and deliver valuable product experiences.

You will play a key role in making complex telecom and API capabilities simple and accessible for developers, helping shape products that are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Plumma Connect and related initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer, partner, and business requirements.
- Conduct product discovery activities, including customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and solution validation.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements,



user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with commercial and business teams to identify new opportunities and understand market needs.
- Use product data, customer feedback, and relevant KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform product decisions.
- Define and monitor success metrics for new features and product initiatives.
- Manage product priorities and communicate roadmap decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with customers, operators, technology partners, and developers to understand their challenges and validate product solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring that features are delivered with the expected quality and customer value.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the developer experience, API usability, and overall product adoption.
- Contribute to the evolution of PLUMMA's product management practices and processes.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud-native platforms, SaaS products, or developer-focused products.
- Experience in telecommunications, network technologies, or related industries is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering,



design, business, and commercial teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Italian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in telecommunications, APIs, cloud technologies, and developer experience.
- A user-centric mindset and curiosity to understand customer problems and turn them into valuable product solutions.
