Oracle ERP E-Business Suite Finance Consultant

Are you an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Consultant with a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes? Recann are partnering with an established and growing ERP solutions organisation, and we’re looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to join a collaborative, international team delivering Oracle solutions for customers across a range of industries.

You’ll work closely with project managers, functional consultants and developers, taking business requirements and translating them into practical Oracle EBS solutions, from initial concept and functional design through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

- Analysing business requirements and developing effective solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite
- Advising customers on the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of existing Oracle EBS environments
- Creating functional designs and specifications for technical implementation
- Working alongside project managers on effort estimates and realistic project plans
- Collaborating with technical consultants and developers to deliver sustainable solutions
- Acting as a functional expert and trusted advisor throughout implementation
- Taking ownership of customer solutions and supporting key accounts
- Supporting customer development and pre-sales activities alongside the sales team

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally bring

- Several years’ experience as an Oracle Consultant, ideally working with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Strong Oracle ERP knowledge, particularly around Finance and Accounting




- The ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into structured, practical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and desire to continue developing your consulting expertise
- Excellent Italian and English language skills
