About the role
We are looking for a reliable associate based in Padova to support our students with in-person administrative tasks. This is a flexible, task-based engagement: you will be contacted when a task arises (typically a few times per month), visit the relevant office, and report back the same day.
Key responsibilities
- Visit university student offices (segreteria studenti) in Padova in person to follow up on enrollment and administrative matters
- Submit and collect documents on behalf of students, with prior written authorization
- Provide clear written reports after each visit, including the officials spoken to, outcomes, and next steps
- Support newly arrived international students with local bureaucratic procedures (such as residence registration and tax code applications) as needed
What we are looking for
- Based in Padova, with availability during office hours
- Fluent Italian and good working English (our students are primarily English-speaking)
- Familiarity with University of Padova administrative offices is a strong advantage
- Professional, discreet, and reliable, able to handle sensitive student documents with care
- Comfortable working on a freelance contractor basis with task-based assignments
