At the Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton, nestled between the slopes of Mount Etna and the timeless beauty of Sicily, we are seeking a Night Manager to join our front-of-house team.

You will be the key point of contact responsible for managing the facility during night hours, ensuring operational continuity, guest safety, and the utmost accuracy in administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

- ​Guest Experience & Reception: Oversee late arrivals and early morning departures, delivering personalized, high-touch luxury service.
- ​Customer Care & Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, or issue resolution during overnight hours.
- ​Night Audit & Financial Control: Perform daily financial closings, audit room rates and incidental postings, and generate daily management reports.
- ​Safety & Security Management: Conduct routine inspections of public areas, corridors, and entry points to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access. Manage emergency procedures efficiently when necessary.

Candidate Profile





- ​Proven experience as a Night Manager or Night Auditor in 4★S / 5★ luxury hotels or resorts.
- ​Fluency in English and Italian (knowledge of an additional foreign language is highly advantageous).
- ​Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of discretion and autonomy.
