Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of startegies amd activities that promote toAccompany’s leadership programs, workshops, and consulting services.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, helping develop marketing materials, supporting social media and email outreach, and maintaining databases of contacts and partner organizations.

The intern will help coordinate events, communicate with participants and stakeholders, and gather feedback to improve marketing initiatives.

This is a tempo parziale (8 hours/week) 6 month role that is remote, but with the option to spend 2 weeks in Lucca on site (with full room and board).

Applicants will receive social impact training, avail of career assessments, career coaching,



and be able to attend toAccompany events.

The position offers exposure to purpose-driven leadership development and network-based impact projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be compassionate and service oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable conducting Market Research, including gathering and analyzing data to inform marketing and program decisions.
- Candidates should possess an interest interest in promoting programs and building relationships with partners for a better world.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, AI tools, CRM or contact databases) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
