We are working with a market leading company who are seeking to hire a Law graduate with a background/interest in M&A; in Milan. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A; industry including Insurance.

Responsibilities include:

- Support M&A; transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda.

- Draft and review legal documents.

- Due diligence support. Collecting, organising, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies.

- Draft and edit ancillary documents (NDAs, consents, officer certificates, closing checklists, etc.)

About you:

- Industry experience is preferable. A background or education in M&A;/Corporate Law is desirable.

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical abilities

- Team-oriented mindset

- Creative, flexible, and solution-driven

- Self-starters who are intellectually curious

- Have the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
