You will shape maintenance strategies, manage capital projects, and partner with production to optimize performance. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization across a site of ~300 employees, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals to maximise plant availability and reliability Oversee engineering functions, manage investments, capital projects, and technical development initiatives aligned with medium- and long-term plant strategy Manage maintenance and engineering budgets, costs,



and external partners to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality technical solutions Collaborate with Production and other functions to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement and best practices Build and develop a high-performing team while ensuring Health, Safety & Compliance and supporting career development and regulatory standards Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in manufacturing; packaging industry is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Experience managing maintenance projects, capital investments, budgets, and external contractors with a focus on cost optimization Good level of English Cross-functional collaboration Industrial maintenance and equipment reliability Root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
