We are looking for a Junior Global Assortment Planner to join our Retail Merchandising function, based in Florence, on a maternity leave cover.

The role will be part of the Global Merchandising & Assortment Planning team, providing operational and analytical support across collection planning, Open-to-Buy, assortment management and reporting, while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support collection and assortment planning activities, including showroom, regional and category assortment plans, as well as Master Order monitoring.
- Support Open-to-Buy and sales plan monitoring, providing analysis and data to support the team.
- Prepare and maintain reporting and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the management in provide regional assortment guidelines prior to showroom activities, defining SKU targets by market, average depth,



and store network requirements based on efficiency and productivity KPIs and Corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with Showroom and Regional teams on assortment updates, fine-tuning and reorders activities.
- Work cross-functionally with Collection Merchandising, Sales, Buyer Merchandising, Planning, Analytic Office and IT, supporting the coordination and sharing of relevant information.

What you’ll bring

- Around 1 year of previous internship experience, ideally in Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain or a related analytical function.
- Strong interest in commercial planning, merchandising and assortment management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
- Previous exposure to Power BI is a plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, curious and hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in an international environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required; Italian is a plus.

What we'll offer

- Fixed-term contract
- Gross annual salary range of €25,000–27,000, depending on experience and skills.
