QCapital | Investment Manager – Milan

QCapital is looking for an Investment Manager to join its investment team in Milan.

We are looking for an outstanding professional with 5–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or investment banking , who wants to take direct responsibility across the investment lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Investment Manager will play a key role in evaluating and executing new investments and supporting the strategic development of portfolio companies.

The role

You will be directly involved in:

- assessing new investment opportunities and developing investment theses;
- business, market and competitive analysis;
- leading commercial and financial due diligence;
- valuation, financial modelling and investment case development;
- deal execution and interaction with entrepreneurs, management teams and advisors;
- strategic and value-creation initiatives across portfolio companies.

Who we are looking for





We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• 5–8 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm ( McKinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalent ), with significant Commercial / Business Due Diligence experience; or

• a strong Investment Banking / M&A; background at a leading institution, with extensive transaction, valuation and financial modelling experience;

• an excellent academic record, with a minimum university final grade of 110/110 (or equivalent for international degrees) .

Candidates should combine strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen with sound business judgment , intellectual curiosity and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership.

Fluency in Italian and English is required.
