Lead ,coordinate and participate at all field trial activities across Hungary, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (GEP/GLP), and market development while driving team performance both on-site and remotely.

Your Technical Missions: 80% as a Field Agronomist : Set up and monitor tests according to the principles of Good Experimental Practice (GEP), GLP and SEEDS in compliance with protocols/study plans, Standard Operating Procedures, standards and decrees in force in your country. You set up the test site with appropriate equipment.

Treatments:



You carry out the treatments, respecting the application schedule, method of application, conditions and precautions for use.

Sampling: You carry out sampling according to instructions (deadlines, intervals, crop stage, quantities,...).

Harvesting and/or destroying crops: during the harvesting period, you help to put the crops in place and to preserve or destroy them. 20% as a Regional Leader : Maintain certifications and permits; liaise with authorities and manage audit processes develop local trial protocols Manage budgets, perform basic financial analysis, and report on study performance Advanced degree in Agriculture or Agronomy ≥10 years' hands‐on experience in agricultural field experimentation Proven team leadership experience—onsite and remote Strong network and market insight in Hungarian ag research Fluent English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Basic financial acumen (budget planning & cost controle)
