Job Summary
Kick-start your legal career in an international business environment. Join our Global Legal Affairs team and gain hands-on experience in commercial contracts, contract lifecycle management, and legal compliance activities while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a global setting.
What you'll do
- Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, from contract request and drafting through negotiation, signature, and archiving, using dedicated digital contract management platforms.
- Gain practical experience in contract lifecycle management processes and legal document administration.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing,
and interpreting international commercial agreements and other legal documents related to the company's business activities.
- Develop an understanding of key contractual provisions, legal risk assessment, and contract negotiation principles.
- Contribute to legal compliance initiatives and support projects related to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different business functions on legal and compliance matters.
Qualifications and need-to-know
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interest in commercial law, contracts, and compliance topics.
- Desire to learn within an international and dynamic corporate environment.
