Overview In this role you will perform service site activities on transformers, delivering quality customer service and ensuring safety and compliance. You will work closely with the customer and cross-functional teams to identify service needs and new opportunities. The position combines hands-on installation, commissioning, maintenance, and problem analysis to keep equipment reliable.

You'll operate across installation, maintenance, oil treatment, and accessories, contributing to customer satisfaction and service growth. This is a field role with travel across Italy, offering impact on operations and safety standards.

Responsabilità Perform installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance on-site Diagnose technical issues and analyze root causes in service categories Conduct low voltage site tests and electrical cabling for new accessories/digital devices Maintain customer relations and identify internal sales opportunities Coordinate materials and equipment availability; prepare and sign customer documents Report work completed and follow up as needed; provide recommendations to prevent recurrence Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and propose operational improvements Apply safety and environmental guidelines; coordinate subcontractors when needed Report unsafe practices and incidents in a timely manner Requisiti fondamentali ~ Electrical Technical diploma ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~5+ years of experience in a role within the transformer field ~ Willingness to travel 100% within Italy ~ Flexibility ~ Independence ~ Problem solving ~ Electrical testing at site ~ Installation and Commissioning ~ Oil treatment and accessories replacement
