We are looking to add several tempo parziale available Freelance Field Consultants to our pool of consultants for the Italian business.

You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, meeting with our transferees in person during the home finding tours, the visits to town hall, the bank, the schools etc. You are going to be the face of eres , building rapport and making sure they settle well in their new environments.

Arrival Services Coordination of service delivery Welcome meeting /understand client needs / set expectations Orientation tour

Assistance with registration procedures

Home-Finding Management of assignee expectations with regards to properties and third parties

Manage property searches according to client ́s requirements and preferences

Organize visit program

Accompany the client and coordinate all visits

Assist in the lease negotiation and signing

Manage check in inspection

Assistance with registration procedures

Town hall registration





Utilities & Internet

Bank account

Medical registration

School-Finding Check options with schools, local Education Board.

Accompany them to school visits

Assist with school registrations

Administration Updating of company database Onyx (as required)

Accurate service invoicing incl. expense information and timings

Departure Services Manage departure services

Pre-check out and final check out

Internet router devolution

Townhall de-registration

Miscellanea Attendance of trainings

Regular reporting to responsible Account Manager on case progress

Your profile The Field Consultant role typically suits a representative, diplomatic and communicative individual. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life's inevitable disappointments in a mature way.

Down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.

Experience We welcome consultants who can hit the ground running, so with several years in Relocation already. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local registrations. Excellent reading and writing skills in English.

We offer We offer a freelance contract with an agreed hourly rate and milage expenses covered. There are regular trainings on the job that you can take part in to further develop yourself in your field.
