Overview In this role you help Deel bridge development and IT operations to enable fast, reliable delivery of the platform. You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, automate tasks, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing systems for customers worldwide. Your work reduces downtime and accelerates feature releases, directly supporting Deel's mission to enable a more inclusive global economy.

and reliability Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot product microservices and databases Design and manage monitoring and observability tooling for issue resolution Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of DevOps experience in production ~ Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience ~ Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) ~ Solid IT background ~ Knowledge of networking (K8S ingress, services, load balancers) and AWS services (EKS, Postgres, S3, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS) ~ Experience in automated deployment and infrastructure ~ Familiarity with alerting and monitoring tools ~ results-driven ~ strong communication ~ collaboration across teams ~ Docker ~ Kubernetes ~ AWS (EKS, S3, Postgres)
