Customer Collaboration Manager Supply Chain Performance

Ready to strengthen customer partnerships and drive supply chain performance?As Customer Collaboration & Performance Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to key customers, driving collaboration across the end-to-end supply chain. You will lead performance improvement initiatives, optimize customer processes, and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and GBDS teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and sustainable business growth.

As Customer Collaboration & Performance Manager, you build strong partnerships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for strategic collaboration topics. You proactively identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and FrieslandCampina's business objectives.You monitor customer performance metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive solutions to supply chain challenges. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, and GBDS teams, you connect stakeholders, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business results.In addition, you lead projects and change initiatives, manage customer-specific service agreements,



and promote sustainability improvements across customer supply chain processes.

Your ability to combine relationship management with operational insight will help create long-term value for both customers and FrieslandCampina

What You'll Bring

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience within FMCG
- Strong knowledge of customer supply chain processes and cost drivers
- Advanced SAP and MS Office skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management experience and a continuous improvement mindset
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach
