Customer Success / Account Manager — own retention, adoption, and upsell across an existing client base. Milan, hybrid. Our client is a cloud-based practice-management platform for dental clinics, helping practices run scheduling, patient records, and billing more efficiently as they grow their customer base across Italy.

This role owns the relationship with existing dental-clinic clients after they go live — driving retention, adoption, and upsell across a portfolio of accounts.

What You'll Do → Own a portfolio of existing client relationships end to end, from onboarding handover through the full lifecycle

→ Drive product adoption and run regular check-ins/business reviews to reduce churn risk

→ Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities, owning net revenue retention for your accounts

→ Handle after-sales questions and escalations, coordinating with product/support as needed





What We're Looking For → 5+ years of B2B experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing commercial roles

→ Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, drive retention, and close upsell opportunities

→ Comfortable owning commercial conversations (renewals, upsell, pricing) directly with clients

→ Native or fluent Italian (mandatory); English is a plus

Milan, hybrid — around 1 day/week in the office after onboarding. Compensation competitive, discussed based on experience.
